Taryn Moore is the founder of Barefoot Woman Academy and a certified practitioner of Gentle Trauma Release (©). Her work supports women in healing trauma, restoring body trust, and building lives rooted in steadiness rather than survival. This course is grounded in lived experience — not theory — and reflects the same process used throughout the Surrender e-Book.

Do I need to read the entire e-Book first?
No. The course will help orient you and point you to the most relevant sections. Do I have to participate or speak? No. Listening is participation. Is this therapy? No. It is educational and integrative. One-on-one support is available separately if desired.
